Lifecycle Lifecycle Data Services · API mockup for servicing partners · sample data
One data layer, prequal to payoff
Every credit touch in the life of a consumer loan, delivered by API into the servicer's own platform
iSoftpull

The soft pull at the front door is where iSoftpull started, and it runs 150,000 reports a month today. The same platform, rules engine, consent records and compliance can run every touch after the loan is booked. Servicers don't log in to anything. Their platform calls ours.

Live today

Consent & prequal

Soft pull

Branded forms, consent capture, soft pull, Intelligence rules. 150,000 a month today.

2
Live today

Decision & offer

Soft pull

Pass or fail per program, tier, APR and payment. Marketplace matching to lenders.

3
Live today

Consummation

Hard + identity pull

Hard pull with consent, identity and fraud screening, adverse action and risk-based pricing notices.

4
New

Boarding to servicing

None pull

Origination score, consent record and pull audit trail travel with the loan into the servicing platform.

5
New

Portfolio review

Soft, batch pull

Quarterly refresh of every account. Score migration, new derogatories, refi risk. Trustee-ready output.

6
New

Servicing decisions

Soft, then hard pull

Cosigner release, PPA and lease transfers, modifications. Same rules engine, automatic notices.

7
New

Triggers

Soft, event pull

Score drops, new delinquencies elsewhere, bankruptcy. Reach the borrower before the missed payment.

8
New

Recovery

Soft pull

Bankruptcy, deceased and SCRA scrubs, skip trace from header data, ability-to-pay tiers.

What the borrower experiences: nothing. Account review, trigger and recovery pulls are soft inquiries. They never appear to other lenders and never move a score. The only hard inquiry in the whole lifecycle is at consummation, with the consumer's consent.
Portfolio Review

Permissible purpose: review of an account, FCRA § 604(a)(3)(A). The servicer holds the account. Every refresh is a soft inquiry logged with pool, date, purpose and user. Results stay inside the servicer's account. Nothing is used for marketing and nothing is prescreened.

On every decline, the notice is automatic. The adverse action notice is generated from the same pull, with reason codes and score disclosure. Risk-based pricing notices when terms change. See the notice.
Permissible purpose: consumer-initiated request on an existing account, § 604(a)(3)(A) and (F)(i). Soft pull to decide. Hard pull only if the request goes forward and the consumer authorizes it. Audit trail carries consent IP, timestamp, rule version, bureau and inquiry type.

Rules are the servicer's. iSoftpull runs them and returns a tier, not the report. Inputs: current score and 12-month trend, other tradelines current or delinquent, new credit since charge-off, estimated payment capacity from open revolving lines.
Permissible purpose: collection of an account, § 604(a)(3)(A). Soft inquiries. Bankruptcy, deceased and SCRA scrubs run before any account reaches an agent. Contact limits and disputes stay in the collections platform.
